Around Hua-Hin area you can find some very good and modern medical treatment with English speaking doctors & nurses. Just for example the "San Paulo Hospital" located just few minute away from our apartments. For your trip to Thailand, we would like to recommend that you make an extra health insurance to cover for your overseas trip.

Grocery & diverse Products
You can find a big sellection of grocery products at TESCO LOTUS (inside The Market Village Shopping Mall) located few minute away by car from our "Baan Sansaran Complex" or just a walking distance from our "Baan Sanploen Complex". TESCO LOTUS is opening daily from 10 am. to 10 pm. incl. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Or you can buy some grocery products at "Seven / Eleven" Store opening 24 Hours / a day that can be found around Hua-Hin.

In our apartments you do not need to use an apapter.
Telephone
Your mobile phone can be used without any problem thru out Thailand. You can get a good signal in our apartment.
Transfers
If you wish you can help you to organize a transfer from Bangkok (between Hotel or Airport) to Hua-Hin. An Air-Conditioned Mini-Bus with a capacity of max. 6 persons with a driver and a german speaking escourter cost approx. THB 3,800 (approx. EUR 80,-) per Trip. (Rate from September 2006)
Visa
For a German and Austrien Passport Holder with at least 6 months validity are no Visa needed!! Your valid of stay without a visa are 30 days only. An extention for another 15 days can be done easily in Hua-Hin if neccessery. If you wish to stay in Thailand longer than 45 days, please kindly contact a Thai Embassy or a Thai Consulate in your home country.

March - June are approx. 70% humidity.
July - October are approx 80% humidity.
November - February are approx. 65% humidity.
July - October, there will be a bit of rains in Hua-Hin, but not a heavy rain like in other part of Thailand (North & South). It can be raining for approx. 30 - 60 minutes., then it will be sunshine again! You can travel the whole year to Hua-Hin!
Payment Regulation
Deposit of 20 % from our rental price are required direct after confirmation or after rental contract is signed. The rest payment must be paid 21 days before arrival date.
